Refund Policy.

All sales are final.

Because the volumes arrive instantly and become yours the moment you open them, MOODform does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital products.

This policy applies to all digital purchases, including — but not limited to — the Ritual Series Complete Bundle, individual volumes, the Ritual Companion, the Ritual Cards, and any future digital editions.

Why.

Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. We design our products to be lived with for a lifetime — the volumes update freely, the library deepens, and your access never expires. We ask only that you arrive deliberately: read the volume names, view the photographs, sit with the question of whether this practice belongs to you. The page is patient. The volumes will wait until you are ready.

Technical issues.

If your download link does not arrive, expires, or fails to open, write us at hello@moodform.store. We will resend the link with care, at no cost. Technical assistance is always available — simply not refunds.

Gifts.

Gifted bundles cannot be returned. The recipient receives the same lifetime access and future-update privileges as the buyer.

Future physical editions.

If we release physical editions in late 2026 or beyond, those will carry their own return policy, published separately when available.
