These Terms govern your use of moodform.store and any digital products purchased from MOODVERSE LLC. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are.

moodform.store and the MOODform brand are owned and operated by MOODVERSE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 37-2230500). Contact: hello@moodform.store.

What you are buying.

When you purchase a MOODform digital product, you receive: (a) a non-transferable, lifetime, personal-use license to access and read the digital files, (b) lifetime access to all future updates within that product family at no additional cost, and (c) the right to print copies for your own personal use.

You do not receive: ownership of the underlying intellectual property, the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or display the work publicly.

What you may not do.

You may not: copy, share, redistribute, upload to file-sharing services, resell, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any MOODform digital product without explicit written permission. Each product is delivered with embedded licensing identifiers; misuse may result in license termination.

You may not use any MOODform writing, photography, or design elements for commercial purposes — including in client work, social media monetization, or AI training datasets — without a separate commercial license, available on request.

Payment and delivery.

Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Upon successful payment, your private download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes.

Refunds.

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property.

All content on moodform.store — including text, photography, illustrations, design, layouts, and ritual frameworks — is the intellectual property of MOODVERSE LLC and is protected by international copyright law. The MOODform wordmark and the MOODVERSE name are trademarks of MOODVERSE LLC.

Limitation of liability.

MOODform digital products are offered as contemplative resources, not as therapy, medical advice, financial guidance, or replacement for professional care. We make no warranty that the practices described will produce specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOODVERSE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to email subscribers.
